PROJECT ESTIMATION
Our friendly estimating team work with clients to confirm the scope of works, project timings, key points of contact and specifications – everything they need to ensure a successful estimation with a quick turnaround.
DRAFTING/ 3D MODELLING
Once client approval has occurred, our drafting team will utilise Tekla modelling software to provide design drawings to our clients, shop drawings to our workshop and marking plans to our site team.
WORKSHOP FABRICATION
When drawings are approved, workshop designs are issued to our professional steel workers to commence the fabrication process. As the steel is fabricated, we inform our clients of the progress and commence testing to ensure the specifications conform to expectations and standards. Once fabrication is complete, we arrange delivery of the steel to the site address.
IN HOUSE CNC MACHINERY
BEAM LINE & ANGLE LINE
Our workshop is equipped with CNC automated machinery. Including a Beam Line and an Angle Master. These machines allow for accurate and efficient structural steel cutting, drilling and punching of all Beams, SHS, CHS Angle & Plates sections. Our workshop team consists of highly skilled fabricators and welders, experienced with heavy structural steel works.
